Where Purity Begins
Every drop of RARE Water comes from land that remains untouched, protected, and closely watched. This land is not just part of the supply chain. It is part of the story. RARE’s mission has always gone beyond hydration. It includes a commitment to protect the Armenian highlands that make the water possible in the first place.
More than 146 million square metres of terrain have been set aside and safeguarded. These mountains and valleys hold more than springs. They hold ecosystems, habitats, and a kind of balance that cannot be recreated once it is lost.
The Role of Geology in Every Bottle
Anapak Mountain, a once active volcanic formation, is the source of RARE Sparkling Mineral Water. As water moves through underground rock, it gathers calcium, bicarbonates, and siliceous acid. By the time it reaches the surface, it holds 1357 milligrams of total minerals per litre and carries natural carbonation that gives it both energy and balance.
Aknaler Mountain, while less volcanic in origin, gives rise to something gentler. RARE Still Spring Water comes from this region with a mineral content of 111.99 milligrams per litre and an alkaline pH of 7.6. It is low in sodium and suited to daily hydration, infant use, and sensitive systems.
Neither water is filtered. Neither is modified. What the land provides is what the bottle holds.
Land That Stays Protected
RARE’s conservation zones are not symbolic. They are actively monitored and managed. Industrial development is not permitted. There are no farms, no factories, and no new roads. A full-time environmental team patrols the area. Drone systems provide an additional layer of oversight. Local partnerships help ensure the land remains intact, not just for water collection, but for the health of the entire ecosystem.
Wildlife and Biodiversity Thrive Here
Within these protected areas, a rich ecosystem remains in balance. Native species such as deer, foxes, bears, and rabbits move freely. Rare birds nest in highland trees. Native plants grow in soils untouched by agriculture. The absence of disruption allows nature to continue, quietly and steadily, the way it has for centuries.
RARE does not just collect water from this land. It actively helps keep it alive.
Packaging That Matches the Purpose
RARE’s environmental choices extend well beyond the spring. The production facility uses only oil free machinery. All processes are designed to create no waste. Power systems are built with solar capacity in mind.
Packaging follows the same logic. Glass and BPA free PET bottles are fully recyclable. Cartons are made to break down cleanly without leaving a trace. Everything reflects a respect for what the land gives and what must be given back in return.
Purity That Is Proven, Not Claimed
Every bottle of RARE Water is tested in certified laboratories. It is approved by global organisations including SGS, the United States Food and Drug Administration, ISO, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, and the Emirates Quality Mark. These certifications confirm that the water meets the highest safety and purity standards from the moment it leaves the spring to the moment it reaches the shelf.
A Choice That Speaks for the Future
When someone chooses RARE, they choose more than just mineral water. They choose a system that respects the environment. They support conservation, biodiversity, and a way of producing water that does not take more than it gives. With every bottle, the connection to nature remains clear and honest.
RARE is not just gathered from nature. It is gathered with care for the land that makes it possible.
